Since there is not a physician on site, we accept prescriptions from any eye doctor. Remember, the results of your refraction and examination belong to you, so don’t forget to ask your doctor for a copy before you leave from your appointment. If you misplace your prescription, our office can fax a signed records release form to your doctor and request the information for you.
